Snow day = Snow card!

 From this...
To this!
Waking up to unexpected snow and having a day to spend inside,
well, what would you do?  I would make cards and other fun things!
Snow day = Snow card!

Shelf construction!

Need a new shelf?  Then build one!  This was a different project but
I drew it out on paper, marched right up to the building supply store,
purchased my wood & paint and headed home to construct!
It's simple but functional - just what I needed to get all those "necessary"
stamp pads and supplies out of the way!  And I got to use my beaded, rhinestone,
feather hammer (yes, I made that too!)!

Christmas Poinsettias

I love Poinsettias and this is my favorite for 2013.
This is an older "retired" stamp set but still one of my favorites!

Fabulous Dress card!

Took a little break from Christmas cards to make
something a little sassy and fun!
Of course, I kept it in some of my favorite
Christmas colors...Cherry Cobbler!

Assorted Gift Tags

Fun gift tags! I save every scrap & odd piece so
I made it my mission yesterday to dig through it & make something out of the mess.
Here's what I came up with!

Christmas Pines

Christmas Pines with coordinating envelope and gift tag
Simple but beautiful project!
These would be great for a workshop to make
a dozen or two cards

Christmas Countdown Box

12 days of Christmas Countdown Box
(from a kit, no doubt)
Well, this is a first!  For those of you who know me, know
that I would never use a "kit" because if I use a "kit"
it is not my creation but...this was purchased by a friend who bought
two of them so I could paint it, cut all the pieces and put it together for them.
I did theirs a couple years ago and put the other kit in the closet thinking that I would "never"
do the kit thing but...things change and to get a few projects done quickly in my
new workroom - I caved and did it!
I must say - it is cute and if for nothing else - it will provide a pattern for me if I decide
to do a workshop on a "from scratch" project like this one.  I found the little boxes in a
local craft store and the rest is "easy ~ breezy"
Enjoy!

Simple Christmas

I wanted to knock out something really quick in my workroom so I CASEd
this from a "sister stamper" and added my own twist and colors.

Work room is looking good!

Finally!  After many obstacles this year - my work room is finally looking like a "work room"!
Thanks to my sweet husband for helping me unpack and organize!
Just in time for making Christmas cards and projects!
